The Admission committee of the school admits new pupil and transferees on the basis of the result of the entrance tests, academic records, character evaluation and the pupil's and parent's acceptance of the schools objectives and policies.

 

Qualifications

• Junior Casa (Nursery) - applicants must be three years and six months old by June of the coming school year.
• Junior Advanced Casa (Kinder) - applicants must be four years and six months old by June of the coming school year.
• Advanced Casa (Preparatory) - applicants must be five years and six months old by June of the coming school year. The applicants must have finished Kindergarten.
• Grade 1 - must be six years and six months old by June of the coming school year. The applicants must have finished Pre-school.
• Grades 2 to 6 - applicants must have no grade lower thant 80% in any subject and in conduct during any grading period.
• Highschool - applicants must have no grade lower thant 80% in any subject and in conduct during any grading period.

NOTE:
All applicants should possess a consistent satisfactory grade in conduct.

 

Requirements

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy of Form 138 (bring the original copy for verification).
3. Good Moral Character
4. Two (2) identical1x1 ID picture.
5. Document to show if parent is an alumnus/alumna of St. Simon Montessori School.

 

Procedure

1. Secure an Application Form (click here to download Form in pdf format) and Student's Admission Form (click here download Form in pdf format) from the Guidance Office.
2. Submit accomplished Application form and Student's Admission Form to the Guidance Office and attach all requirements.
3. Pay a non-refundable Application fee of Php 300.00 at the Accounting Office.
4. Secure the test permit which specifies the scheduled date for examination at the Guidance office.
5. Visit the guidance office three (3) days after the Examination for the test results.

NOTE:
Only Applicants who have submitted complete requirements will be given a test permit.

 

Releasing of Test Results

1. Test result will be released three days after the examination.
2. Only parents of the applicant are eligible to receive the result. Other representatives will have to present an authorization letter to claim the result.
3. Telephone inquiries regarding the test results will not be entertained.
4. Parents of accepted students should confirm enrollment by paying a Pre-enrollment fee of Php 1,000.00 which will be deducted from your enrollment fees during the enrollment period.

 

Discounts

Students whose parent is an alumnus/alumna of SSMS can avail 10% discount on tuition fee

High School

1) 10% - (Loyalty Discounts)Students who have been in SSMS since Junior Advanced Casa.

2) 25% - Students who were Honorable Mention upon graduating.

3) 50% - Students who were Seconds Honors upon graduating.

4) 100% - Students who were First Honors upon graduating.
